Sasha {Nantucket Pet Photography}

Sasha is a very special friend.
She is our next door neighbors’ dog; all Border Collie, all the time.
When I get up in the morning, she is on the doorstep, awaiting play with Zach and Sophie.  Frequently I find her in the same place in the evening and must encourage her to go home and get...

Last Sunday, I visited the Boston area to meet up with a wonderful family for a Christmas shoot.
Melea is 3 1/2 and as sweet and fun as her photo would suggest.
Kaitlyn is 6 and and is so enthusiastic about everything! It was a true pleasure to meet them and their two dogs, Midnite and Chance.

Sisters make the best friends….

These two gorgeous ladies provided me with such laughter this past weekend. Miss Allie is four and Miss Katie is six. They were more than ready to show off how lovely they are and were feeling very pretty in their festive dresses. The weather was perfect, and the light…well, suffice to say that I was...

Thanks Bev, Barbara and Teresa {Nantucket Pet Photography}

Just returned from Unleashed, an incredible pet photography workshop,  hosted at Barbara Breitsameter’s gorgeous studio in Chicago, Illinois.
16 pet photographers from around the US; treats and squeaky toys galore.
My mind is still swimming with all of the inspiration, education and amazing shared laughter. Bev Hollis,  Teresa Berg and Barbara Breitsameter are incredible photographers and each...

I am in love with love

I will readily admit, I love photographing animals, dogs especially. Dogs have my heart and soul.
I love the puzzled looks, the sweet kisses, the slobber (truly) and the incredible connections I see between them and their “people”.
However, I cannot stop looking at the photos from these two beautiful people.
This is real; this is wonderful, happy,...

More incredible sweetness…{Nantucket Pet Photography}

Allow me to introduce you to the most beautiful newly engaged couple, Alexandra and Kurt.
Believe me when I say with great adoration that they  are truly stunning…in looks, in spirit, and in love.
Spending a brief afternoon with them and their adorable dogs, Angus and Oliver, was an incredible gift for me.
Congratulations on your amazing love...
