“Butt out, I am with my Dad” {Nantucket pet photography}

Ok, here’s the thing….I don’t really like taking photographs of puppy behinds. Really. I know it would appear that way from this photo, but honestly, folks, there was no way around this.

I keep looking at this photo and remembering that afternoon with Burnley and his Dad. It was very clear that although Burnley had only been “HOME” for 2 weeks, he had already bonded so beautifully with Michael.

I love how the tail is up, clearly secure and so expectant.

So, I am putting it all out there (or I should say, Burnley is putting it all out there) and the feeling that comes from this photo is so much more important than the slight impropriety of showing off his rear end.

.

By the way, if you want to get a good look at Burnley’s other side, he is our cover boy for the blog for the next month (see above:))
