Declan and Lulu are two of the funniest, most lovable pugs I have ever met. They made their way to Nantucket from Miami last week and were ready for some good times out on the bluff in Sconset.
Declan is eight and Lulu is 5 years young. As I mentioned in my last post, Mary found Declan via the television. She tells me she was watching a tv spot about a pet shop robbery and in the background she could see Declan in his cage! She knew almost immediately that he belonged with her, and thus the wonderful story of this beautiful family began. Lulu is just as treasured and she is quite the princess. She is Daddy Bill’s little girl and loves to ride his boat with him down in Florida. Declan would be happy if you fed him Boar’s Head turkey 24/7.
I had such a fun time with these great pups and their beautiful parents. The pugs loved exploring the shell path on the bluff as well as the beach and were such troopers as it was so hot and humid that evening.
Mary and Bill, enjoy your time on Nantucket and rest assured, Declan and Lulu will forever be remembered fondly when you head back to your home in the sun.
Am trying a bit of post processing with these photos….have to admit, I was not really into doing much in this realm until recently. I am happy with the outcome and think that the pugs and their parents will like them also!
